PBS Wants to Take You to the UK
It is hard to believe that anything can be on television for several years -- nevermind 40! This year, PBS is celebrating the 40th anniversary of Masterpiece by offering fans the opportunity to win a trip to the United Kingdom to tour some of the stunning locations from the series. The Masterpiece 40th Anniversary Sweepstakes runs until Tuesday, April 26th and will send the grand prize winner and a guest on a four-day, three-night trip to the United Kingdom. Sounds divine!
The trip includes VIP tours of Highclere Castle as seen in Downtown Abbey, Greenway (home of Agatha Christie), and Blenheim Palace (from The Lost Prince). The winners will stay at MacDonald Hotels & Resorts in the historic cities of Bath, which is the setting of Persuasion and Oxford, where Inspector Lewis takes place.
