Return Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we have offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Just notify us by e-mailing leah@bookdivas.com withing 30 days of purchase that you would like to return your product. Any refund requests will be dealt with within 24 hours of receipt. We will e-mail you confirming your request. The product should be mailed back to us and we will immediately refund the full amount of the product back to your account, less the shipping charges to you.
- Credit Card Refunds: All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise were purchased on.
- Check Refunds: All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mail check from our corporate office.
